The year behind, the year ahead

I know it looks like I've totally abandoned this blog, but I do have a plan for it in the year ahead. As of January 1, I'll be the chair of the Computer and Information Technology Special Interest Group in the Missouri Library Association. I'm also going to be on the Hospitality Committee for the 2008 MLA conference. I plan to log my activities here since I know that the inner workings of state conferences is of interest to some.

In the meantime, if you miss me (and aren't you sweet?), I'm blogging slightly more frequently at The Spiral of Seasons and I'm revealing way too much information as Librarian on 43 Things. This is an exciting time of year to be on 43 Things. We're doing things like list 43 things that made 2007 a good year and contemplating how to Make 2008 my best year yet.     #

and ooh, you're on the hospitality committee, eh? That's a great reason for me to try to make it to the conference... We'll see, we'll see... :)
